• Learn how to identify and release ancient archetypal patterns, including your old forms of understanding the psyche, from this and other lives, which no longer serve you, and free yourself from fears which have held you back.
  
  
• Learn how to let go of the analysis and establish a profound connection with earth (Gaia), universal, cosmic and galactic energies to assist and support releasing and transforming those patterns.

Once your old patterns are released you will be free to change, and your own energies will align in harmony with the energy of the universe enabling you to feel physically and mentally balanced and nurtured, and truly inspired.
