Dear Readers,

This month’s flower is the water lily.    With the arrival of the month of July, we enter into the seventh month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar with the length of 31 days.  July was named for Julius Caesar.

In the pagan wheel of the year, July ends around Lughnasadh in the northern hemisphere and Imbolc in the southern hemisphere.

On July 4^th, The United States celebrates Independence Day.  The national holiday is regarded as the birthday of the United States as a free and independent nation.
